A fosseled egg laid by an extinct elephant bird went
to an auction and fetched 2 times his worth at an auction house in London
Christie’s auction house said that the egg 9 inches wide is and the egg fetched 101.813 dollar at the auction. The egg was taxed on 40.000 dollar and it was sold to anonymous buyer over the phone in less than 10 min.
The elephant bird was extinct a couple hundred year ago about the 17th century and the egg was found on Madagascar and now because of the auction it’s in someone’s house a décor
