Ferran Adrià orginized two superb auctions

 Ferran Adrià organized two auctions and has  fetched near 2 million euro for his financing of his culinary research centrum. In New York and Hong Kong his restaurant moved all his stuff what was a former restaurant El Bulli in Roses to the auction. 

The former top chef let us know he wanted to fetch a minimal of 1,2 million dollar at the auction.
